Shipping

Once the order has been received, your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. (COVID-19 NOTICE: Orders are delayed due to high demand & enhanced safety measures. Thank you for bearing with us.)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Our selected carriers do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services nor does expedited delivery include weekends.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all U.S Domestic orders and FREE SHIPPING on International orders over USD$300. PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE DUTIES AND TAXES,CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL DUTIES AND TAXES UPON CHECKOUT. 

 

Returns

You have 10 days from the day you receive your item to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs and any taxes/fees associated with the purchase. ALL ON SALE ITEMS (INCLUDING ITEMS MARKED WITH FLASH SALE) CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. ALL ARCHIVE SALE AND SAMPLE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received, our Client Services team will notify you via email if your refund is approved. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through NET-A-PORTER. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker. The amount for promo codes/coupons/VIP codes used will be deducted from 


Late or Missing refunds

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be returned to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at clientservices@claudia-li.com.

 

Repeated Refunds

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.

Pre-Order Returns

Pre-Order items can only be exchanged or refunded for store credit.

On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order item, we will let you know and issue you with a refund. If you have ordered other items, we will still send them to you.

 

Custom Orders

ALL Custom Orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Marked Down Items 

ALL SALE ITEMS (INCLUDING ITEMS MARKED WITH FLASH SALE) CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED FOR STORE CREDIT. ALL ARCHIVE SALE AND SAMPLE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

  

Exchanges  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for another size, please contact us at clientservices@claudia-li.com.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. A credit will be emailed to you once the return is processed. ALL gift purchases are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

 

Coupons and Promo Codes

Only 1 code can be used per order. Coupons and Promo codes, including CL GIRL VIP PERSONAL CODES, are NOT ELIGIBLE for ARCHIVE SALE and SAMPLE SALE events. Promo codes, including CL GIRL VIP PERSONAL CODE, cannot be exchanged for cash. Cash or store credit will not be given for unused portion of Coupons and Promo codes, including CL GIRL VIP PERSONAL CODES. No cash value. Not redeemable for sales tax, prior purchases, gift cards, extended warranties, licenses, excluded items, store credit or shipping. Returns or exchanges where a discount was applied may result in an adjusted refund amount.
