Delivery and Returns
Once the order has been received and processed, we ship within 3 business days.
You have 10 days from the day you receive your item to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Once your return is received, our Client Services team will notify you via email if your refund is approved. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing refunds
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be returned to your original payment method. If have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for another size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A credit will be mailed to you once the return is processed. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
